The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation works to ensure that women have access to exceptional opportunities to learn and contribute to their communities. They are focused on fundraising to provide scholarships to bright young women and grants to the sorority, alumnae, and philanthropic partners. Their mission is to encourage the personal and professional advancement of women by supporting educational and philanthropic programs that are responsive to the needs of the community.

The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation is an Independent Board of Directors who raise funds for the scholarships. The scholarships are not based entirely on need, but on academic scholarship and achievement in the sorority. Money donated to the foundation is used for scholarships and educational materials for the sorority. In order to receive a scholarship application, members must write to the International Office for an application. All money awarded must go towards college tuition.
